REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

SOUSKE YOGA MAT’s refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we are unable to issue you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. SOUSKE YOGA MAT also does not accept products that are
magazines cannot be returned. SOUSKE YOGA MAT also does not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional items that cannot be returned:
Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Certain health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are some instances where only partial refunds are possible:
Books with obvious signs of use
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not attributable to us.
Any item returned more than 30 days after the date of delivery
SOUSKE YOGA MAT Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, SOUSKE YOGA MAT will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
SOUSKE YOGA MAT only replaces items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at and send your item.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be sent to you once the return is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or the gift giver shipped the order to give it to you later, SOUSKE YOGA MAT will issue a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Returns SOUSKE YOGA MAT
To return a product, you must mail your product.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
